Our mission is to bring glory to God by sharing His creation’s beauty with the world.

Who we are:

Mountains to Prairies Photography is owned and operated by two sisters. Jennifer and Jessica are fourth-generation Montanans who were raised in the country with a spirit of exploration and learning.
No bug was too small to be the centerpiece of a picture (no, those first attempts didn’t turn out too well) and no mountain was too big. Each creature, plant, rock, and mountain were created by God and designed to have a purpose. They all have beauty: some like a rose have obvious splendor, while others like Mormon Crickets take a bit of searching.
As the sisters grew, so did their love of photography and God’s creation. No car ride (no matter how short!) is complete without a camera ready to capture the amazing beauty.
How we got started:
Starting our own business! Wow and yikes! Since our teens, we had talked about starting a business of some sort. Raising sheep, cows, and chickens, sewing clothing, baking, and the ideas went on from there.
One thing that never changed was our love for photography and our ever-growing portfolio of pictures. Each trip we took, we would bring back a minimum of 5,000 pictures. Most of them are not really good but hidden in the midst were some gems that friends and family would comment “You should go into business”.
Beginning of 2021 our lives were at a changing point. We felt that the time to start our own business had come and God gave us peace in our hearts to move forward. Mountains to Prairies Photography was born and our dreams took flight.

All our products feature our photography in as high-quality versions as possible.
We seek to have these products made locally as possible; however, it is not always feasible.
Some of our products are handmade and our other products are made by third-party companies that produce quality products in the USA. The only information shared with these companies is the mailing information for your order. We will never sell your information to other companies and will never share your credit card information.
Shipping, Fees, and Policies
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders and only ship within the U.S.A.
Most of our products are ordered specifically for you and can take up to 2 weeks production time. You will be notified when your items ship.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for up to 30 days after the date of purchase and will refund the cost of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
